Common CV mistakes

Most CVs are rejected for avoidable reasons.
Too long or too dense
Keep it to one or two pages with clear sections and white space.
Missing dates
Always give month and year for each job and diploma.
Vague descriptions
"Responsible for various tasks" says nothing. Describe what you actually did.
Spelling errors
Proofread, or ask someone else to read it.
Exaggeration
Never claim skills or experience you do not have. It will come out in the interview.
