What data we collect

• Account data: email address, name and sign-in details.
• Career profile data you enter: contact details, experience, skills, education, preferences.
• CV text you submit for analysis and the resulting analysis.
• Payment status (never card numbers — payments are handled by our payment provider).

Why we process it

To provide the services you request: CV analysis, document generation, application tracking and account management.

How documents are used

For the free CV analyzer, your file is read in your browser; only the extracted text is sent for analysis. The file itself is not stored. Analysis results are saved to your account only when you are signed in.

Third-party AI processing

CV and profile text is processed by an AI model provider through a secure server connection, only after you give consent. It is not used to make hiring decisions.

Retention

Your data is kept while your account is active. Uploaded CV and job ad files are never stored — they are read in your browser and only the text is used. Generated CVs and letters are created as downloads on your device. You can delete any saved CV, analysis or application at any time; it is removed immediately. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, CVs, analyses, applications, interview practice, credits and order records from JobForge AI. Payment records required by Belgian accounting law are kept by our payment provider, Stripe, not by us. We never store card details.
